Give yourself a lift...
We've just finished a 21-Day Challenge and another one will be coming soon - watch this space!
Join me for an enjoyable, science-backed way to boost your happiness (and in turn also improve how you show-up and 'perform').
During the 21-day challenge, I’ll be sharing tried, tested and scientifically researched practices that you can do (for as little as 1 minute), to boost your mood and make you feel more energised, stronger, in control and motivated .
Using insights and tips from me, you will choose, try, and adapt practices to you, so that after 21 days, you walk away with your own go-to list of happiness-boosting practices.
Remember, you don't have to feel unhappy to want to feel more energised, stronger, calmer...happier. In fact, it's said that happiness is a universal goal. Yet, ironically, we’re not that great at knowing how to boost our happiness. That’s where a really practical challenge like this comes in.
So, whether you're feeling pretty good right now and would simply like some techniques to help you keep it that way, or if you're currently feeling a bit flat or low on mojo, this is for you.
"This is not just 21days of value you're getting - you're learning about factors involved in your happiness, and gaining practical exercises that you can use for the rest of your life."
All for less than the cost of a cup of coffee each day of the challenge.

Remember, you don't have to be unhappy to want to feel more energised, optimistic, can-do, calmer, more resilient... This challenge is for anyone who wants to take practical steps to boost how they feel, show up and perform!

A chance to take enjoyable practical steps towards feeling happier and stronger, way beyond the end of the challenge.
You don't just need to take my word for it...
The practices I'll be sharing with you are not just based on findings from studies in Positive Psychology, they have been tried and tested by people who have already taken part in the 21-day Happiness Practices challenge.
Here are some of the benefits they reported 2-weeks after the challenge (via an anonymous survey):
100% reported one or more benefit...
96% felt more optimistic.
91% reported feeling more motivated and energised.
90% said they still felt generally happier day to day.
87% felt more in control of their happiness and wellbeing.
86% said they felt 'stronger' in the face of life's challenges.
84% felt kinder and more understanding towards themselves.
96% reported feeling a sense of achievement.
100% felt more knowledgable about their happiness and wellbeing.
Plus, the best thing is that all of these benefits are yours for life!
New dates coming soon!
All too often, we tend to think that to achieve noticeable changes, we need big radical actions. However, it's simply not true.
Small actions repeated over time can lead to dramatic results. Plus small actions repeated over time are normally far more powerful than a big action tried once and then put to one side.
However, in our information-rich world, it isn't always easy to know which new practices, exercises or approaches to focus our energy on, no matter how small they may be.
That's where Positive Psychology comes in - thousands of studies on the factors at play in our happiness and wellbeing tell us.
That is what this 21-day challenge draws on. So, you can feel confident (in the practices) and supported (by me) as you try out happiness practices that you know have already been put to the test, by people who have done this challenge before and also in scientific studies with thousands of people.

The aim is to simply spend some time each day on 1 or more of the happiness practices.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Beyond sharing short videos and bite-sized content for you to read about the practices I will share helpful insights on how to stay motivated and build habits. I'll also be on-hand to answer questions and support you.
Exclusive access to all content...
You will get access to the course platform, with your own profile, where you can access everything you need, including videos and bite-sized descriptions of the practices to pick from that week. Here you can access more on the science behind each practice if you want, along with tips on how to pick and adapt practices for you.
Daily reminders to you inbox...
A short daily email about a practice I'm putting in the 'spotlight' that day, motivational tips and with links to the course platform and Facebook Group for ease in accessing those whenever you need. Feel free to opt out of emails if you prefer.
9-5 feedback from me...
I'll respond to any of your comments on the course platform or in the Facebook Group 9-5, 5 days a week.
Facebook Group...
Exclusive access to the Facebook Group for this challenge - a safe space where you can share how you're getting on, see motivational videos from me and hear about others' experiences with the practices.
I know Facebook isn't for everyone, so this is totally optional.
Freedom to choose and adapt
The happier you are with your choices of practices, the more likely you are to enjoy the experience, stay motivated and stick with the practices after the challenge finishes. This is called 'person-activity-fit'. That's why I provide options for you to choose from.
Over the 3 weeks, I'll be taking you through 3 different happiness practice ‘themes’, ranging from ‘Mind Time’ to ‘Movement that Feels Good’. For each of the 3 themes there are up to 5 different practices to choose from.
You can try every practice I share, or just focus on one or two each week. It's totally up to you.
To help you choose, I’ll tell you how to do the practice, what it's biggest benefits might be (e.g. energising, calming or great for feeling more present), how much time it might take, and and in terms of how often you might aim to do it, I’ll advise on whether it's best done:
Daily: Great when done daily (or at least 3/4 times a week).
Spontaneously: Works best when you look out for opportunities to do this.
As and When: Done less regularly or simply when you feel the need.
To help you personalise the challenge:
Remember, the value of a practice is not measured by how difficult it is or how much time it takes. The options are there to give you choice, and to help offer approaches that will suit different needs and preferences.
However you do it, this ‘challenge’ represents an enjoyable, flexible, and evidence-based way to boost your happiness and wellbeing.
In the last two days, we will focus on helping you identify which of the practices to build into your life going forward. So, after 21 days, you will have your own tried and tested evidence-based toolbox of happiness-boosting practices. Some of them may have already become a habit by the end of the challenge! For those you're still aiming to turn into habits, I'll give you tips to go away with to help with this.
Plus, if you sign up to the waiting list be the end of June 2024, you will have a 30-minute coaching session with me to help bed it all in!

21-Day Happiness Practices Challenge
Coming again soon!
Studies show that we can really benefit from the sense of feeling part of something greater, particularly when working towards new goals. Whether you opt to be involved in the Facebook Group and comments section of the course platform or not, simply knowing you are part of a group challenge will likely give you an extra motivational boost in itself.
You don’t have to keep me or the group updated on your progress (as I know that’s off-putting for some people), but equally, if you want a little extra ‘accountability’, you can post in the group or send me a message every time you complete a practice. I’m always happy to hear from you.
Also, for an added lift and motivation, I encourage you to join with a friend (or a group) – this way you can keep each other motivated whilst having a shared positive focus.
